The opening of the Library of the 3rd Primary School of Agios Nikolaos took place in a festive atmosphere on Friday, October 18, 2019. The project was undertaken by the G. & A. Mamidakis Foundation.
The event was attended by many people, including representatives from the local authorities and business circles of Agios Nikolaos. The G. & A. Mamidakis Foundation handed over the new Library of the 3rd Primary School of Agios Nikolaos to the children and the school management. Faithful to its mission to promote education and lifelong learning and support its local community, the Foundation responded positively to the school’s request for the creation of a Library. Upon completion of the project, a brand new independent study space, fully equipped with all necessary items (computers, projectors etc.) was delivered to the public, aiming to inspire students and teachers.
