Cultivating awareness in younger generations
The G. & A. Mamidakis Foundation, faithful to its vision and values and its conviction that the cultivation and awareness of upcoming generations is a matter of vital importance for the future, supports the 8th Student Festival of Digital Creativity in Agios Nikolaos, Crete.
The 8th Student Festival of Digital Creativity is held in Agios Nikolaos on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 (09: 00-14: 00) in the Multi-Use Room of the Agios Nikolaos Business Administration Department of Technological Educational Institute of Crete.
Furthermore, a pre-festival event is also held on Tuesday 17 April 2018, with the support of the Municipality of Agios Nikolaos, the Lassithi Chamber and the G. & A. Mamidakis Foundation.
The G. & A. Mamidakis Foundation through its initiative LoveGreece.com supports the 8th Student Digital Creation Festival in Agios Nikolaos, Crete, with the participation of the Ambassador of LoveGreece.com, Mr. Dimitris Kalavros – Gousiou, who will hold a speech titled “From 0 to 1: Startup Essentials ” and LoveGreece.com Leader Mr. Isidoros Sideridis with the speech” Digital Darwinism: Technology Changes Everything”.
At the 8th Student Festival of Digital Creation, there are presented and exhibited projects that were created within the framework of the Computer Science course or by means of IT and Internet tools. Many of them are original and innovative, all reflecting the interests and concerns of the students of secondary education. At the same time, there are exciting interactive exhibitions from various institutions as well as interesting workshops!
